I want Fear Not Fitness to be a place to help educate people with how to properly train, with working out and nutrition. That covers the Fitness part but what about the Fear Not part? Fear Not is mentioned in the Bible 365 times. When it comes to fitness and obstacles in your life, you should look to God and Fear Not for he is with you.
Most of the time when we feel stuck and we can’t seem to break bad habits, it’s out of fear and not trusting God. When we trust God and push past our instant gratification then we get better and better. It all starts with the power of habit. When you get into the habit of praying, the habit of working out 3 times a week, habit of having a positive attitude, habit of eating healthy. These habit can change your life for the better.
Fear Not is a lifestyle of not giving into what you want to do instead for what you need to do. Fear Not is taking care of yourself and the people that rely on you. Fear Not is a Journey, though it is not an easy one but it is a fulfilling journey.
